Before I get into our love for all things boots (and shoes), I thought it would be nice to give everyone who doesn’t personally know us a quick background check.

We grew up in a small town in upstate NY, and about a year after college we decided we would move to California-the planner in both of us now would have a heart attack at the thought of moving cross-country. Ahhh, the joys of being young & dumb …or smart? Jen moved first and I quickly followed; we now currently live three blocks away from each other in the heart of San Francisco’s Marina district. Jenica has been engaged for almost seven months and planning for a July wedding-wait until you see her dress. I die. Fun fact about Jen’s fiance, he was my husband’s friend first and we introduced them – talk about hitting the brother-in-law jackpot. You are welcome guys. By day, Jenica is in tech sales at Salesforce, and I sell drugs-legally of course.  I (Jessica) have been married for almost 3 years now, and just had my sweet babe 5 months ago. We both have a love for everything fashion and thought if nothing else this blog would be a way to share that with the world.

Now, BOOTS. Living in San Francisco where it doesn’t get super hot or cold (we’re from Buffalo remember) you can make most boots work all year round.  Thigh high boots have been in for the last couple of years, but I’m finding they are seemingly more inexpensive now than the years past, or maybe they have just gotten better at replicating the coveted Weitzman. I am loving a good mid-calf boot this season, these camel Sole Society boots can be seen in a few of our most recent posts and we’re obsessed. Jen is rocking these Kendall & Kylie black boots in our most recent pic-what we love about literally all the boots we’ve linked is that they are so versatile. Here are a few more because there is no such as too many shoes Jeffrey CampbellVince Camuto & Peep Toe.

Xo,

Jess
